2.2 Patient Check-In Information

Clinic Suites operates an automated self check-in system for patients attending appointments with independent clinicians.

When a patient checks in:

  • The patient selects their clinician’s name.
  • The patient enters their own name and appointment time.
  • This information is emailed directly to the clinician.

Important:

  • Clinic Suites does not store this information.
  • No patient records are retained.
  • No check-in logs are kept.
  • Clinic Suites does not have access to patient medical or appointment records.


Independent clinicians are responsible for their own patient data and compliance with applicable data protection laws

2.3 Patient Check-In Information

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, integrated through the Amelia booking system.

  • Clinic Suites does not store credit card details.
  • Payment data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.


Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing.

2.4 Website Usage Data (Analytics & Cookies)

We use:

  • Google Analytics.
  • Functional cookies required by WordPress and the Amelia booking system

This may collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Pages visited
  • Device information
  • Usage behaviour


This information is used to improve website performance and user experience.
