Clinic Rooms are booked by session, while Therapy Rooms can be booked by the hour or by session.

  • Evening Session: 17:30 – 20:00
  • Full Day package: Morning + Afternoon Session

2. Welcome Email

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation along with key information including:

  • Secure account access to manage bookings
  • Access instructions and entry codes
  • Copy of Room Hire Agreement
  • Fire and building safety guidance

3. Access Your Room

The main reception entrance is open during operating hours. Clinical areas are protected by keypad access, and the entry code is provided in the welcome email.

  • Access to shared kitchen and facilities
  • Leave the room as you found it at the end of your booking
