Booking & Payment
All rooms are booked online via our booking system. Select your room type, session time and complete payment to confirm instantly.
Yes. We offer a Full Day package, which combines a Morning and Afternoon session at a discounted rate.
Simply select a Morning session in the booking portal, and the Full Day option will be presented during the booking process.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking via Stripe.
Yes. You can secure extended occupancy by booking consecutive sessions.
To receive a discounted rate, select the Full Day Package, which combines both sessions.
Yes. You can manage your bookings via your account, subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Yes. We’re happy to facilitate consecutive or repeat bookings.

No. Clinic Suites provides room hire only. Patients must contact their clinician directly to arrange appointments.
Sessions & Availability
Morning Session: 8:30 – 12:30
Afternoon Session: 13:00 – 17:00
Evening Session: 17:30 – 20:00
Clinic Suites operates on a flexible session model.
However, we will endeavour to provide flexible arrangements. Please contact our bookings team boockings@clinic-suites.co.uk to enquire.
Yes. Our booking system facilitates bookings over six months in advance.
Late arrival will not cancel the booking – the room remains reserved for the full duration of the session.
Clinic Suites does not manage patient appointments. If arrival time affects any scheduled patients, clinicians are responsible for liaising with them directly.
Access & Facilities
The shared waiting area will be open when you arrive.
Access to the clinical corridor is via a secure keycode, provided in your booking confirmation.
Clinic rooms are not locked, so you can go directly to your allocated room for your session.
Yes. A shared patient waiting area is available, along with toilet facilities.
Clinic Suites operates without a staffed reception. Clinicians are responsible for meeting and collecting their own patients from the waiting area.
A Check-In Kiosk is provided at reception, which will notify you of patient arrival.
There is short-stay parking directly outside and additional on-street parking nearby.
Rooms are equipped for professional clinical and therapy use. Specific layouts can be viewed on each room page.
Yes, secure Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The building provides ground-floor access. Please contact us in advance if you or your patients have specific accessibility requirements
Policies & Responsibilities
No. Clinic Suites is a room hire facility. Clinicians are responsible for their own compliance, insurance and professional standards.
No. Clinic Suites does not manage patient bookings or store patient clinical data.

Yes. All clinicians and practitioners are responsible for holding appropriate professional insurance relevant to their discipline.
This typically includes professional indemnity insurance and, where applicable, public liability insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are appropriately qualified, registered (if required), and insured to practise from the premises.
Clinic Suites carries out general cleaning of the rooms and shared areas.
However, clinicians are responsible for sanitising and clinically cleaning any equipment, surfaces, or items used during their session, in accordance with their professional standards.
Rooms must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition they were found, ready for the next practitioner.
