2. Welcome Email

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation along with key information including:

  • Secure account access to manage bookings
  • Access instructions and entry codes
  • Copy of Room Hire Agreement
  • Fire and building safety guidance

3. Access Your Clinic Room

The main reception entrance is open during operating hours. Clinical areas are protected by keypad access, and the entry code is provided in the welcome email.

  • Email reminder 15 minutes before session end
  • Access to shared kitchen and facilities
  • Simply leave the room as you found it at session end
